AB Wooden Gates & Garage Doors creates handcrafted wooden side gates designed for both beauty and durability. Based in Willenhall, West Midlands, we use only the finest Scandinavian Redwood, hardwood, or Accoya timber to ensure lasting performance and timeless appeal.
Each bespoke timber side gate is carefully measured, cut, and assembled using traditional joinery techniques — including glued and dowelled stub mortice and tenon joints for superior strength. Our standard design features 4×2 framing, a 6×2 bottom rail, and 15mm tongue and groove boarding, all finished with premium protective additives for maximum resilience.
Whether you’re looking to enhance privacy, security, or kerb appeal, our custom-made wooden side gates are built to the highest standards and crafted by British experts for homes across the UK.
Andy fitted a side gate very pleased . Would recommend this company to family and friends excellent service from start to finish.
Fantastic service from this company.
Popped into their workshop on Tuesday to see what they had to offer as my Moms gate had broken off its hinges and because she’s elderly and needed her back garden to be secure Andy came out on Wednesday to measure up and quote for a new gate. The gate was made on Thursday and fitted on Friday.
That’s what I call a brilliant service by two very polite and hardworking young men. 👍
Great Company, gave us great advice on the best type of Gate and side Fence that suited our needs including advice on Bolts and good secure Locks Etc.
